Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Cleaner X mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Cleaner X ("we," "our," or "us").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not:
The App offers auto-renewing subscription options to unlock premium features. The following terms apply:
Current pricing is displayed within the App before you confirm your purchase. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any price changes in advance.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription unless otherwise notified.
The App may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you are offered a free trial, your subscription will begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and selecting Cleaner X. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. We are unable to process refunds for In-App Purchases.
Free users may have daily limits on certain features (e.g., number of photos that can be deleted). These limits are clearly displayed within the App and may change at any time. Upgrading to a premium subscription removes these limits.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
All AI analysis (photo scanning, duplicate detection, blur assessment, etc.) is performed entirely on your device. While we strive for accuracy, the results are provided "as is" and may not be perfect. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions taken based on the App's recommendations (e.g., deleting photos).
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or personal injury.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or via other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
